A few decades ago a person desiring to go into ministry, or to work in one of the many ministries in a church needed only to be saved, faithful and moderately competent. That day is long past. Today’s christian worker must be familiar with topics such as finances, law, management, leadership and the Bible. At the Life Center we believe that you must be anointed and competent.
Members of our Pastoral Care team must complete a 3-year Ministerial Apprentice Course before being recommended for ordination or licensing. All of our ministry workers receive on-going ministry training from our Ministry Instruction Team and is required to have State and local criminal background checks.
